You ever want to blame other people for your own ignorance or problems think again. And I mean just take minute to think about the cosmic picture. Think about how you feel, and think before you do something you will regret or believe you are right in your reason.
Now if you still seek repercussions for someone else’s actions, first find the cosmic karma connection before you react.

R-Read the Energy
E-Empathize Emotions
S-Seek Higher Awareness
P-Practice Patience
O-Offer up the Energy to Spirit
N-Notice Your Energy
S-Set up a plan of response
E-Express with Compassion
Read the Energy 📕
Might be difficult if you are not present with the person or situation. But rather read the total energy.
All 4 Fields
Physical
Emotional
Mental
Spiritual
Empathize Emotions 💚
Sympathy is when you imagine what other people are going through based on assumptions of another persons experience. Empathy is when you feel what the other person is going through. You can either accept what you are feeling or you can change your emotions/feelings about the person or situation. You may have a change of heart, this is exactly what I am saying.
Seek Higher Awareness 🙏
Some people say sleep on it before you respond. Or you can commune with spirit. Ask spirit to show you the cosmic picture of higher awareness.
If you react first with any answer you are not responding to spirits solution.
Practice Patience/Silence 🤫
Wow. If only it was that easy folks.
I mean everyone would do it right? This is the most important aspect of R.E.S.P.O.N.S.E. It is the make or break of unfolding your cosmic karma. Once you step past the point of being silent, you have entered into the waters of overreacting and overreaching. Patience matters when we can remain silent. Silence dissolves the patience into a clear response.
Offer Up the Energy 🙌
Once you find patience offer you your new found patience to process the energy with spirit. This might require a walk or another form of movement to help you process the patience. You want to find patience first before you waste time processing your frustration into a reaction. Nature is a great place to offer up the energy.
Notice in Nature🌲
You ever notice when you are in nature you can process more of your experiences clearly? Well after you offer up the energy go step into nature and notice your energy.
How do you feel now?
What are your thoughts now?
What do you want to do now?
What do you believe now?
Set Up a Plan of Response ✅
You are almost ready to respond. But first double check your plan of action.
What did you miss?
Express with Compassion🤗
Now go for it. Respond from your heart. Let it flow or Let them go.
Once you have responded from a place of compassion you will find the gratitude in your response. Respond with Compassion and Rise with Gratitude.
